This βdoctorβ refused to provide our son with an evaluation for his wisdom teeth when my Mother in Law brought him for the initial consultation. My wife tried to speak with him on the phone to provide any necessary sign off, noting of course that this was simply an initial eval, but rather than work with a new patient he refused to provide our son with guidance. This of course was after all the forms, paperwork, insurance card, etc was provided. This was a complete waste of time for both my son and my Mother in Law. P.S. - They also requested Social Security information and Drivers License information - BEWARE OF THIS βDOCTORβ AND HIS PRACTICE.

This doctor is a coward. Avoid this office at all costs. The reviews depict a difficult, rigid and unwelcoming office. You are best to avoid. This doctor refused to give my son an evaluation when my mother took him, I was on the phone with his office. He would not even speak to me. My teen son simply needed to be evaluated. A consult. My mother takes our teens to all of their medical appointments and no doctora refused us. Thank God we did NOT let our son get treated here.

I do not recommend taking your dental matters to this place! I chose this office because they were referred to me by my insurance company. I went on a consult for me and my son; I emphasized that I was in pain and my son could get infected if he did not have a tooth extracted. Initially the staff at the front desk were polite however as time progressed they did not get back to me on the status of my authorization; up until now, over two months! At one point I called and the rep that answered the phone asked me if I received Medicaid; although I said no, I then understood the reason for the rude behavior. In this day and age it is sad to see profiling of any sort. I was constantly told that they had submitted the paperwork for authorization although upon calling the insurance company directly, several times and even getting the insurance company to call them directly to assist in submitting the paperwork, I was told that nothing was submitted. This was confirmed with my last call to the office as the rep who answered said paperwork was not submitted. During this time the rep that handle insurance stopped taking my calls. I then received a letter saying they no longer would be accept

My 17 year old son had all four wisdom teeth removed last Monday, 8/26/2019. Dr. Richard Salas was the surgeon and I only have positive feedback to give about him and his staff. All of the staff was patient and helpful. Dr. Salas was polite and funny. My son had no adverse reactions to the surgery and had minimal pain. He only needed Advil, didn't even pick up the Tylenol 3! I recommend this doctor.
